Job Description
We are looking to hire a talented PHP developer to manage our back-end services and ensure a seamless interchange of data between the server and our users. As a PHP developer, you will be responsible for developing and coding all server-side logic and DB Architecture.
To ensure success as a PHP developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming, understanding of MVC designs, and working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3. Ultimately, a top-level PHP Developer can design and build efficient PHP modules while seamlessly integrating front-end technologies.
Job Specification
Proven software development experience in PHP
Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, AJAX etc
Demonstrable knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Worked on containerized applications (Using Docker, Kubernetes or similar technologies).
Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services
Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc)
Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.
Previous experience creating scalable applications.
Proficient with code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.
Ability to project manage and good problem-solving skills.
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject is preferable
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
Responsibilities

Working closely with frontend developers
Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
Follow industry best practices
