Job Description
Sales and Marketing executive / manager having following responsibilites
Candiate having experience of Real Estate industry is a plus and should be familiar with different trends in Real Estate market
Will be solely responsible for the sales and rentals of the of commercial floors/shops of the project.
Prepare a marketing and sales plan and execute them.
Attend customers that visit the site office and phone calls from customers to give information regarding the project.
Act as recovery officer and ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines and achieve recovery targets as per given time lines.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contract
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Job Specification
