Customer Support Executive responsibilities:
- Work with customers and maintain strong relations.
- Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Organize open cases and strong follow ups with customers to deliver resolutions.
- Answer call back requests on priority basis.
- Answer calls and provide a better solution to customers against problems.
- Gather customer information regarding issues and present them to appropriate department.
- Take feedback from customers and contribute the feedback to Customer Success Team Lead.
Qualifications and skills:
- Min. 2 years of experience required working in a Customer Support position.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Problem solving skills to provide solution to a problem.
- Written and Verbal Communication skills are highly required.
- Ability to develop strong relations and coordinate across internal and external teams.
Experience in well known organization is an ideal.
Starting Salary: 50k Up To 100k depends on an experience level.
