We require an office assistant for our Medical Company Usman Enterprise who would be responsible for performing the following tasks:
· Managing the CEO’s workflow and priorities by managing his schedule
· Managing special projects assigned by the CEO
· Handle email communication with clients and team
· Preparing presentations and reports
· Maintain confidentially files and records
· Conduct online research for various administrative tasks
· Record Keeping
· Assist with organizing recent when necessary.
· Good speed on the computer
· Good internet research skills
· Fast learner and a can-do attitude
· Can strictly adhere to rules & regulations
· Time Management
· Team Work
