As an outbound Taxi controller and face of the company, you will be answering inbound calls from outbound customers in proficient English. You will be required to take bookings from customers request. Liaison with shift in charge to resolve any queries which may come up.
Must have excellent communication skills (close listening and soft speaking).
Always meet a high level customer service and satisfaction.
Candidate should be able to handle customer complaints and feedback in an efficient manner.
