Technical / Provisioning Support Officer

Job Description
1. Level-1 technical support for customers for Hosted Platform including but not limited toupdating of call flow, troubleshooting for service issues originating from the Hostedplatform, helping in remote provisioning of handsets for clients where required.
2. Order provisioning on different portals
3. Account creation, call flow management on Company's Hosted platform
4. Activating provisioned services on Company's Billing platform
5. End to End order provisioning pipeline management on Bunnji CRM for the orders you work on.
6. Taking customer service calls and offering first call resolution wherever possible. Following up on pending matters with all parties till query is resolved.
7. Liaising with customers, vendors and internal staff with respect to customer queries and orders
8. Personal Assistant to Company's Head of Operations
9. Any other ad hoc admin or support duties as required.
Job Specification
1. Bachelor Degree in IT/Engineering
2. Experience in Voip/Hosted Phone System
3. Experience in Asterisk based Phone System, e.g: VitalPBX, Fusion PBX, Free PBX, 3 CX,
4. Above average English-speaking skills, Preferably IELTS Speaking 7 and Listening 7
5. Above average MS Office skills
6. Experience in Inbound/Outbound calls and speaking efficient English with clients as required.
7. Prior experience with VOIP/SIP/Hosted Platforms is a must.
8. Prior technical support experience in Telecommunications Industry is preferred.
9. Any certification in Asterisk based PBX system is preferred. Technical support certification is desired but not compulsory with Experience in specific field
