We are looking for a savvy and tech-oriented HR Executive who is fluent in verbal and written English communication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
- Training new or existing employees.
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
- Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.
- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
Required Competencies:
- Min. bachelor’s degree in HR (16 years of education).
- 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Proficient user of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors ( HEC recognized university).
Experience: Experience candidates will be preferred .
Salary Package: 50k - 60k.
