Hands on experiance in Marketing and developemnt of pharma products preferrably vetrnerry produts.
Marketing planning and strtegy implementation.
forcasting & budgeting.
look after sales & implementing sound marketing strtegy for products.
monitoring competitors activities and products sales.
supervising team of 1NSM,7 area managers,47 sales promotion officers,product managers,marketing co-ordinators.
management of feild force including selection,traing recommendation for promotion and elimination.
performance evaluation of field force including SPO,TMS,AMS.
Overseeing distribution network,selection/elimination of distributors.
Managing conflicts at distribution channels through personal visit to distributors.
developement of traini8ng courses for feild force and conducting training sessions at SPO and AM's level.
new territorry developement, & new sale avenue oppening.
development of NGO's ,Nestle and other institutional sales.
planning & iorganizing promotional campaigns.(literratures, designing & promotional material)
travel to important cities of pakistan to visitr customers and sales peoples on monthly basis.
visiting 100% assigned territort.
new product suggestion/new futurestic molecules & products identification with CBA analysis.
key molecule identification & registeration with analysis of growth tyrend and profit margin.
developement of personal contact with VIP customers and important members of VRI,L &DD and direct6 mailing news letters.
