Job Description

Run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item performance.
Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximizes stock system and paperwork accuracy.
The role carries responsibility for working with purchasing, goods inwards and dispatch to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly.
Manage and maintain the companys material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.
Control perpetual inventory stock counting inventory accuracy checks.
Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes.
Perform cyclic stock checks
Check and adjust shop floor data collection data

Job Specification

Ideally possessing a relevant professional qualification and/or suitable background experience in inventory management purchasing in a 5 or 4 star hotel.
Possess excellent personal organisation and business administration skills in accordance with modern best practice methods.
Should Have at least 3 4 years experience in the same capacity
Salary will be 20,000 to 25,000 plus benefits (PF, Gratuity, Medical and health insurance, EOBI etc..)
