Job Description
A CRO is required to ensure highest standards of customer service by providing the right solution/information to customers through phone, fax, sms, email and walk-in. Also responsible to handle admin and accounts related issues of the Regional Office.
Job Specification
- Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction high quality service delivery.
- A strict adherence to shift and break schedule as communicated.
- A strict compliance to company/divisional policies, plans and strategies to achieve company/divisional goals along with complete understanding of Code of Conduct.
- Ensure that customer queries generated by him/her should be resolved in the specified Turn around time (TAT) by following up on services requests.
- Responsible for a hygienic & a clean overall work environment.
- Handling Admin and Accounts related issue for Regional Office.
