Ensure Evaluation targets are met
Ensure agents are following the billing procedures correctly
Ensure agents are entering the correct codes in System
Ensure that agents are using the correct combinations and most profitable combinations
Ensure correct demographics are being entered
Ensure correct practice, physician and facility is being used to enter claims against
Ensure payment posting is being done correctly
Ensure co-pays and deductibles are being entered correctly
Ensure Notes are being added correctly
Ensure follow-up information is being added correctly
Ensure correct action is taken against rejections and denials
Ensure Master Escalation, Master Denial, Master Follow up sheet is maintained properly against evaluated claims/EOBs when required

Good communication skills
Experienced in Medical Billing for USA.
