Job Description
Facilitate internal and external communication and coordination with the heads of departments as well as the individual faculty members;
Help in process management and improvement efforts;
Maintain an interface with the students and parents;
Attend to and follow up with individual students queries/complaints/requests;
Follow up collaborative linkages with external educational institutions;
Prepare school brochures based on the input from the departments regarding departmental missions, visions, and other salient features;
Research the system and processes at other international universities to benchmark the performance of the School;
Deal with the external enquiries regarding the school and its various programmes and activities;
Help in arranging educational and constructive seminars, lectures, sessions etc. for the students;
Job Specification
Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited institute;
At least 3 years of relevant experience;
Excellent writing ability, communication skills; time management and organizational skills; and
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel;
Focus on quality and effective management of multiple tasks; and
Able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
