The HR executive supports the Human Resource functions of the company. This support may include but is not limited to providing HR administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, training and development, people and performance management, social welfare as well as updating and maintenance of HR records
Job Specification
HR Administration
Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of the staff, HR handbook, performance appraisal form and all employee records.
Updates the organization chart.
Reviews compensation and benefits up to junior level.
Draft employment, contract letters or any other type of employment letters.
