Ideal Business Products is a Japan-based Business Process Outsourcing company with offshore operations in all over is pakistai, providing a best of services that include; customized software solutions, office products. We are currently seeking highly charged and detail oriented professionals for our International BPO Operations (Evening Shifts with van drop service in selected areas). Suitable candidate will be required to call US companies and talk to operators to verify contact person details over the phone, and take appropriate dispositions over MS Excel.
Job Specification
Excellent fluency in spoken English / an American or Neutral/Light accent. - Strong Communication Skills and ability to conduct two-way dialog on phone. - Must have the ability to pay attention to details, and have good analytical skills. - Possess computer literacy, basic MS Excel and keyboarding skills. - O and A Level students, Communications or Business majors preferred. - Experience not required; however, preference will be given to applicants with prior international BPO experience
