Job Description
1.To make sure that all injection molding machines are running under normal condition and molding of parts are being done according to standard operating procedures and specified quality standard.
2.To make sure that parts are being molded, trimmed, Assembled with child parts and packed according to S.O.P.
3.To supervise that mold loading and unloading is being carried out as per standard procedure and time with all safety precautions laid down in the relevant work instruction.
4.To supervise the issuance of raw materials, packing and consumables from Stores.
5.To ensure that correct raw material with permissible percentage of regrind material is used for the production of parts.
6.To ensure that those parts require assembly of child parts are being assembled as per standard procedure.
7.Take counter measure on defects/rejected parts.
8.Prepare all level 4 documents include: Daily Assignment/Activity Sheet, shift transfer form, noting of molding parameters, etc.
9.In case of malfunctioning of machines and molds informs / Raise request to Assistant Manager Production / Maintenance / Mold Shop.
10.Make sure that the injection molding machines to be cleaned after completion of every run and no water / oil is spread around the machine.
Job Specification
DAE Mechanical (Not Necessarily).
07 to 10 years experience.
To independently handle injection molding machines from 100 ton to 2500 ton and trouble shooting.
