Human Resource Assistant provides the assistance to the HR Manager with the daily administration and development of services, policies and procedures while helping to maintain a positive and employee-centered workplace atmosphere. The HR assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, executive administration, and employment.
Assistant HR will be responsible for performing following activities:
--Responsible for the implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures
--Initiating recruitment by preparing Job Descriptions and advertisements of vacant positions
--Responsible for the Recruitment & Selection (Both Technical and Non-Technical) and CV screening, short listing & arranging the interviews
--Receiving credentials from new hires, preparation and verification of all related document
--Responsible for employee orientation, development, and training logistics and record keeping
--Maintaining employee database and filing of employees personal files
--Maintaining Attendance/Leave Record of the Employees and preparing reports as per the management requirement.
--Planning, Administering and ensuring compliance to Probation and annual performance review
--Responsible to communicate between company and employee
--Processing disciplinary cases as per policy and conclusion accordingly
--Preparing HR policies and updating HR manual accordingly
--Processing and arranging employee exit interviews
--Any other task assigned by the Management
--The person ought to maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment and perform independently as Human Resource Assistant
--The person should be an effective team member, capability to analyze problems and provide systematic solutions in line with established policies/procedures
--Abilities for excellent communication
--Must have at least 1 year experience in the Human Resource Management
--Must be fluent in English language, written and verbal
--Must have skills to operate MS Office applications professionally
--Must have MBA degree with HR specialization from a reputable institute
--Fresher with strong knowledge of common HR policies and procedures may apply.
