Job Description
Required System Operation Engineer to provide 24/7 operations support
* Perform business operations in shifts (Morning, Evening & Night) includes execution of end-of-day procedures, backup & restoration, startup and shutdown activities and up keeping of Data Centers
* Problem escalation and coordination with IT teams and vendors related with hardware/software/applications
* Performance monitoring of high-end and middle-range servers, storages and network infrastructure. Prepare perform reports
