> Preparation of time table to ensure work comes forward on time
> Planning meeting and presentations, preparing and circulating of agenda
> Ensuring all records are kept and requisition issued
> Preparation and thereby understanding of creative/media briefs and submissions well in time
> Evaluating submission from all departments against the brief
> Ensuring work is completed according to time table
> Ability to anticipate deviations from normal processes and take correct actions
> Responsible for all outputs on his/her accounts
> Control and report on all aspects to immediate boss
