General Purpose
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
answer calls professionally
respond to customer inquiries
research required information using available resources
handle and resolve customer complaints
provide customers with product and service information
enter customer information
process orders, forms and applications
identify and escalate priority issues
route calls to appropriate resource
follow up customer calls where necessary

Job Specification
Excellent comm skills in Urdu & English! Must be active, smart & serious about their career.
Qualification- At-least Graduates (Not even result awaited. graduates with results out!); Graduate freshers are also ok. Exp should be b/w 0-3yrs and age not more than 28yrs.
Should not be overqualified or over experienced for this Exec level position
This is a contractual job and 9hours working shift in Morning/Evening/Night, No fixed day off)
