To study the approved drawings, specifications & applicable codes/standards
To prepare Quality Control Plans of all projects to be executed at DDFC Engineering Works/Sites.
To ensure material being used for fabrication is as per specification given on applicable drawing.
To be responsible for dimensional checks, shell rolling, beveling and fit-up inspection. Witness preheating (if required) and ensures welding is performed by qualified welders as per approved WPS.
To verify welder stamp punching along the welding seams after each three feet distance
To coordinate with NDE sub-contractor for testing
Job Specification
Good Computer Skills, To be responsible for preparing Internal Punch List for rectification of discrepancies.
To be responsible for maintaining Quality Records of completed work and to make final dossier for submission to Customer.
