Job Description

Post: Technical – Commercial Executive Requirement: 1 Post

Qualification: I) MBA in Sales and Marketing or equivalent with strong technical aptitude / technical bent of mind with preference given to candidates having formal Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical from a reputed institute.

Age: 26-35 yrs
Sex: Male
Experience: Candidates with 3-6 years of maximum experience in the similar field.
Location: Karachi / Islamabad
Conveyance: Own conveyance (scooter/ bike / car) is essential.
Salary: Depending on candidates experience and the industry standards

Pre requisite:

Personality: A dynamic, self-motivated, result oriented go-getter having a Pleasant, smiling and polite disposition.
Communication skills: Good ability to communicate with clarity of idea, ability to listen and understand.
Travelling: Capable of travelling within and outside the designated city all over Pakistan.

Job Requirements:

Industry: Should have a strong and sound networking / liaisoning with high profile architects, builders, contractors, developers etc of big projects in carrying out specification of the product. The candidate should have related experience in the Building and the Construction Industry, or from the lighting, air conditioning, tiles, and paints or flooring industry.

Developing new customers: Locating new manufacturers, installers or dealers and developing motorization business with them.

Developing business for the customers: Helping customers to convert automation enquiries into business. Developing leads from market, inter office sources and from the customers. Assisting customers on site and providing technical help. Payment collection. Providing onsite and telephonic assistance to the customers and sales team regarding the products and their installation.
Technical Aptitude: Propose technical solutions to the customers for the various applications of our products in coordination with the Technical team in New Delhi for providing complete technical details of the products and the corresponding documents along with wiring diagrams of the products and their installation.

Logistics: Coordinate with the Logistics Department for the stock availability in Delhi Head Office to propose the right technical solution to customers.

Job Specification
