1 Develop test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test plans in a development sprint. Skills, Experience and Knowledge 1 2 to 5 years testing experience, especially in financial software 2 Knowledge and experience in the financial services is essential 3 Knowledge and experience mobile commerce market advantageous 4 Experience testing integration to mobile networks advantageous 5 Experience with test driven development methods and tools 6 Knowledge of agile testing practices and tools 7 Willingness to work outside primary capacity 8 Knowledge and experience in Fundamo technologies an advantage 9Team player who is willing to do whatever is necessary to help the team achieve its goal 10Respect and appreciation for all disciplines required to build a software product 11 High level of commitment to delivering software increments 12 Strong problem-solving ability 13 Excellent communication skills, able to discuss technical matters with less technical people 14 Strong collaboration mindset, willing to pair program, mentor others, and communicate with other teams/departments VALUES ALIGNMENT
