Software Tester
Access Group, Pakistan

1 Develop test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test plans in a development sprint. This could include component, assembly, product, performance, user acceptance and technical architecture tests
2 Execute test scripts
3 Customise and run test automation tools and simulators
4 Record problems and issues
5 Work with the development team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process
6 Participate in the release process to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
7 Validate product fixes
8 Raise any risks or concerns about quality and processes with the Support Manager
9 Actively participate in all meetings e.g. backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, etc. as may be appropriate and applicable

10 Support and mentor team members to grow both Fundamo development competency and domain knowledge
11 Provide a contribution, based on testing experience to grow both the Fundamo testing competency and practices
12 Contribute to the Fundamo knowledge management repositories in the areas of:

Skills, Experience and Knowledge
1 2 to 5 years testing experience, especially in financial software
2 Knowledge and experience in the financial services is essential
3 Knowledge and experience mobile commerce market advantageous
4 Experience testing integration to mobile networks advantageous
5 Experience with test driven development methods and tools
6 Knowledge of agile testing practices and tools
7 Willingness to work outside primary capacity
8 Knowledge and experience in Fundamo technologies an advantage
9Team player who is willing to do whatever is necessary to help the team achieve its goal
