Softech Worldwide is looking for Customer Support Representative for its call center.
Key Responsibilities:
To call partners/customers to establish and maintain relationship with them
To convince partners/customers to sign up for trial accounts
To conduct webinars
To do any other task as required performing sales and marketing and/or requested by the team to support US operations
To give feedbacks of the partners/customers to manager.
