Job Description
* Provide troubleshooting the desktop, Laptops and especially MAC books.
* Provide independent analysis, problem solving, and communication to users, as well as internal communication lines
Job Specification
* Work experience of 6 months to 1 year in IT helpdesk or any IT support position will be preferred
* Fluency in English communication skills is a Must
*Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
