Job Description

We are seeking new members for our Technical Support department to work in a challenging environment, giving Technical Support to Franchisees from all around the world. Timings of this position will be from 5 pm till 2 am & from 1 am till 9 am (including 1 hour dinner break). It includes but is not limited to the following key responsibilities * Handling of all the live issues. * Receiving calls from the franchisees as well as making calls. * Maintaining backup plans. * Reporting daily progress to supervisor. Job Specification

The candidate should have Bachelors Degree in Software EngineeringComputer Sciences or Telecom. - Understanding of databases. - Basic skills of writing SQL queries. - Windows troubleshooting skills. - Fluent English is a must. - Networking knowledge will be a plus.
