Job Description
As Supervisor - Health Insurance Project, the incumbent will be responsible for finalizing panel agreements with hospitals in Northern Areas of Pakistan after negotiating rates and protocols. He will be involved in recruiting a team of marketing officers for distribution of health insurance in the territories selected for pilot and will provide them necessary training and supervision in day to day activities. He will keep vigilance on customers' hospitalization and ensure adherence to the agreed rates and protocols by the service providers. He will liaise settlement of claims of customers and hospitals, maintain track of the premium collected and claims paid and lead problem solving with the assistance of head office.
Job Specification
The candidate should have atleast 3 years experience of working in a hospital, pharmaceutical company or an insurance organization. He should be confident, self-motivated and able to meet rigid deadlines. He should have the ability of managing teams and problem solving. Should be able to work on MS Office (primarily Word and Excel) and emails.
