A candidate required having min. graduate degree to assist manager support & services for:
taking support calls,
deputing technical staff for visits,
following up with clients on support calls,
helping manager to expand support business,
follow up support payments with clients,
taking in put from clients to improve service support standards by planning with manager &
help to maintain the spare parts stock inventory in hand for prompt support services to the clients.
Job Specification
presentable, logical, with IQ level of a logical person, can communicate with clients over the phone & emails, also with management. understanding, cooperative & polite with managerial skills with enthusiasm to grow on personal & collective levels.
