Job Description
Mustakbil.com is looking for a motivated, professional Corporate Sales Executive who will be responsible for finding, qualifying, and selling online recruitment solutions directly to targets, and leads. The successful candidate must have a background in corporate sales within a fast paced environment.
This is a full-time position in which you will be required to identify new and prospective corporate clients and develop strong relations with them. The compensation includes basic salary plus a rewarding commission and travel allowance.
Responsibilities:
Understand Mustakbil.com's offerings for employers
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
Identify potential clients, generate corporate leads and increase sales
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to the prospective clients
Direct contact, appointment, meeting and follow-up
Sales Leads follow-up

Negotiate and sell Mustakbil.com's online recruitment solutions
Provide superior service to clients in order to meet or exceed client satisfaction.
Business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share.
Ensure sale activities comply with legal and ethical requirements.
Frequent travel to meet potential clients
Job Specification
Degree in Business Administration or Sales Marketing from reputed educational institution
Proven track record of building corporate relationships in the Business Development
Minimum 3 years working experience in Corporate Sales
Highly effective interpersonal skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills
Excellent Computer and Internet skills
Fast Learner
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proactive self-starter who anticipates rather than reacts to problems and opportunities
Open to traveling within region
