Job Description

  • We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual to build our outbound Sales team in Pakistan
  • You will be responsible for acquiring new customers in the Pakistan market using multiple sales channels including calling, email and relevant digital channels, as well as physical sales at events and customer meetings.
  • Build a strong direct sales funnel to make MODIFI the leader in Trade Finance for Pakistani SMEs.
  • You are a hunter, who rolls up their sleeves and sniffs out opportunities, taking cases through the entire sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Team up with global Sales amp; Biz Dev teams in other countries to exploit cross-selling opportunities (with our direct customers or the counterparts of customers).
  • Be extremely results driven, exceeding ambitious targets (financial, customer satisfaction, operational) and taking MODIFI to the next level in Pakistan.
  • Partner with cross functional teams across Product, Marketing, Venture Development, Finance, Legal and Risk to remove obstacles and close deals.
  • Be the voice of the customer and engage with Product teams to drive product localization and improvements.
  • Be a team player, contributing towards broad company goals in a world-class team with a performance- and people-driven culture.


  • At least 5+ years of experience working in a high pressure sales environment. Background in high transaction volume Financial Services or Import-Export a major benefit.
  • A hungry, infectious personality: We’re looking for someone determined to win and with the resourcefulness to achieve it. More a Hunter than a Farmer.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment favourable.
  • Network of exporter connections.
  • Passion for small and medium-sized businesses, international trade and development and how digital trade finance can create significant growth for such businesses
  • Ability to influence C-level executives as well as passionate owners of small and medium-sized businesses
  • Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and departments
  • Critical thinking and strong decision-making abilities
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluent in English
