We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team, on a permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact, providing impeccable customer service to new and existing customers. With your fantastic communication skills you will demonstrate your passion for sales with the opportunity to cross and up sell as well as deliver exceptional customer experience. You are naturally empathetic, full of initiative and possess great listening and negotiation skills.
Your previous experience in a call center or relevant customer service experience in a similar environment will be an advantage. Females are also encouraged to apply.

You must have:
The ability to speak with clarity and confidence on the phone
Strong problem solving and decision making ability
Computer savvy - with accurate data entry and typing skills, and the ability to learn multiple systems
The ability and willingness to learn quickly, in order to grasp the technical knowledge required
Great attention to detail and administrative skills
We provide a 24/7 service, so flexibility to work in various shift hours is required. Most shifts are available in the evening and night.
