Supervising the functions and working of the all Store workers.
Candidates having practical experience of ERP will be considered on priority.
Delegating and assigning tasks and targets and evaluating the working of staff.
Adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures of working.
Managing the inventory monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits of same to validate results.
Supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of all Store staff.
Organizing and conducting necessary training activities for the staff and workers.
Ensuring the proper functioning of all Store tools and equipment.
Knowledge of the safety and legal documentation processes for handling related warehousing activities.
Should have excellent leadership and administration skills and abilities.
Strong motivational skills and effectual team building capabilities.
Ability to effectively manage time, resolve crises and decision making.
Ability to efficiently coordinate workings with internal and external workers of the company.
Scheduling and supervising the activities and the functions of the Store staff
Assigning daily tasks and evaluating the work of the subordinates.
Ensuring the proper and timely completion of all Store activities.
Interviewing and recruiting employees and organizing on the job training activities.
Ensuring the safety of all workers in the Store as per Occupational Safety and Health Administration norms.
Inspecting and overseeing the inventory records of the Store and keeping track of all inbound and outbound supplies.
Regularly inspecting and ensuring the maintenance of all Store equipment and machinery.
Making inventory and evaluation reports pertaining to the Store.
Ability to efficiently lead a team, delegate, supervise functions and keep subordinates motivated.
Should have good oral and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and knack to solve crisis.
Strong interpersonal, conciliation skills and the capacity to network with suppliers.
