Job Description
To prepare and plan the jobs of allocated area and assign/distribute the tasks to execution teams
To prepare and update plan for tools, plants/equipment and consumable requirements for constructions work activities
To load the job to execution teams in planned manner and monitor the progress of jobs as per approved drawings
To avoid re-work and ensure wastage of materials and closely monitor the usage of consumables
To coordinate with planning engineers for progress reporting and quality, material, stores & administration representatives for smooth working
To compile and prepare Daily Progress reports of respective area
To identify and report the Construction Incharge/Site Incharge regarding technical problems or modifications and seek guidance to complete the job
To ensure that during execution HSE and QMS measures are taken
To achieve the target of high productivity and ensure the efficiency is not less than 1.0
To take initiatives for improvement and better methodology
