1. Responsible for product quality, production and efficiencies (M/c efficiency, wastage etc) of the Injection Unit.
2. To analyses the process monitoring sheets job setting sheets and efficiency data for recommendation for achieving product quality and better efficiencies. Implementation of these changes through Section/Shift Managers.
3. To monitor the production plan against actual and to analyses and assign the causes for variation or short falls.
4. To analyses the wastage report, assign the causes, preparation of wastage reduction plan and it’s implementation through Shift Supervisor
5.To coordinate on quality complaints of raw materials, semi finished items and packing materials with supplier in consultation with Maint. Manager, QAD and stores department.
7. To check the availability of materials (raw & semi finished) as per plan and to coordinate with stores and Plant Mangers for actions on short fall.
8. To coordinate with maintenance department for persistent problems in machines and accessories effecting or wastage.

Experience in Injection Molding Units will a plus point.
