Job Description
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of Restaurants targets -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and Restaurant planning.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance, Procurement).
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
- Oversee overall Kitchen, systems and controls.
- Oversee overall store system and control.
- Look after overall admin activities
- Resolves other company related issues, i.e. liaison with government related Department.
- Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.
Job Specification

Graduate (Commerce preferable)
Experience: Minimum 05 years in operations, procurement & production
