Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited requires the sales force and their job description is as under.
Target orientation, meeting monthly targets as defined by supervisor.
Taking initiatives to find opportunities of marketing the product to the target customers.
Relationship management nurturing the personal customer portfolio for enhanced business opportunities.
Making customer visits on daily basis as per frequency defined by the supervisor.
Maintaining a record of all telephone calls, visits to customers in form of an call report to be submitted to the supervisor on daily basis.
Maintaining a data base on excel for all customers introduced to the bank with updated contact details and sharing this on weekly basis with the supervisor.
Having command over the product features, benefits and attributes to avoid sales mishaps.
Cold calling on daily basis as per supervisors directives.
Secure and refer intelligent feedback from the customers to the Sales Head and product management team for product improvement.
Extracting maximum potential from an existing customer.
Handling queries.
Job Specification
Must be qualified graduate
Should possess pleasant personality and look presentable.
Must have good communication skills.
