Softech WorldWide is looking for for Support Engineer for Level/Tier 2 Support for its Web Application Product. This position will involve - Providing Level/Tier 2 support of Softech Products to its customers mainly in US - Correspond with customers and provide them necessary guidance and help - Perform installations or help customer's IT staff do it - Liason with Product Development team for any Level/Tier 3 issues
Knowledge of core IT Infrastructure including Windows Server, SQL Server, Web Servers etc. Basic networking concepts. Past experience in Web Application development or Sharepoint Customization & Installation or Dynamics CRM. Good spoken and written english.
