Job Description
a. Inspect items purchased against the purchase requisition copy sent to Gohawa with the purchased items.
b. Responsible for storing the raw material according to each project (grouped together)
c. Responsible for releasing the material in predetermined amounts to the respective shops (machining, welding etc.)
d. Will maintain the inventory of finished goods with QC/Inspection records for each batch and will implement any corrosion protection or other product safety procedures as required / recommended for the finished product.
e. Store keeper has to make sure that each part is given a specific designation and the part is inspected monthly for corrosion or any environment related damage
f. Responsible for updating the inventory for tools and hardware and each tool should have sufficient replacement in store based on usage
g. The purchase requisitions from Gohawa may be assigned to the store keeper
h. The store keeper will keep a record of weekly production
Job Specification
At least FA/FSc. with prior experience of store keeping(preferably in an industrial/manufacturing setup)
Honest, Hard Working, Self Motivated.
