Job Description
Efroze Chemical Industries (Pvt) Ltd. seeks to recruit Distribution Officer with having following capabilities:
To organize and manage cost effective distribution management.
To prepare dispatch orders upon receipt from different distributors throughout Pakistan.
To follow / maintain / check status of dispatches from warehouse.
To control distributors inventory / order through sales inventory management system.
To assist in the preparation of sales analysis / review against G.M. & BUM plan for Distribution.
To prepare credit notes after receiving sales return acknowledgment from distribution.
To maintain constant review of stock level on weekly feedback from factory and pending order.
Job Specification
Must be able to take initiatives and multi-task.
Have good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to handle extensive pressure and work in a given deadline.
Hardworking, committed and dedicated towards his job.
Fully conversant with MS.WORD and ERP.
