Required Skills
* Strong background in PHP web programming and its variants such as OsCommerce, Joomla, Drupal, ZenCart, Smarty, Symfony etc.
* Additional experience in .NET (specifically, C# and ASP .NET) is preferred
* Understanding of common design patterns, algorithms, and object oriented programming.
* Excellent understanding of how the web works at protocol and standards level.
* Will be required to take customer requirements (which are often vague) and create solutions using your creative talents.
* Must be able to write code that has minimal bugs and may be required to write automated unit/functional tests.
* Knowledge of front end coding such as HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and XML.
* Awareness of Web Server Technologies such as IIS 5/6, Apache and software development tools (i.e. DreamWeaver, Flash and Visio)
* Strong SQL skills especially using MySQL with web technologies.
* Required work experience: Minimum 1 year
