Job Description
Designs, develops, modifies and maintains advanced software applications for the Microsoft Windows platform. Participates in the design, coding, and testing activities with other staff members. This is a senior level team lead position requiring a broad understanding of software engineering principles, experience developing C# .Net desktop applications and experience leading and mentoring a small team of developers. The candidate will need strong analytical, design and troubleshooting skills.
Job Specification
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft .Net framework, 3.5 - 4.0
Desktop and server application development in a Microsoft Windows environment.
C#, Windows Forms, WCF, SQL, ADO.Net, Visual Studio 2008/2010, Test Driven Design, SVN. Experience with Entity Framework, Team Foundation Server and/or WPF a plus.
Support and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to other technical staff members.
Ability to interface well with Professional Service staff and other non-technical members of the organization.
Experience collaborating with embedded programmers would be helpful.
Experience working with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.
