Job Description
Highly Keen is looking for Deputy Manager Business Development for one of its client related to Flex industry.
1.Visit corporate clients, to achieve quarterly sales targets.
2.Find new clients, discover their current outdoor and indoor needs and ask senior to pitch them properly in shape of presentations.
3.Contact old customers who have stopped buying from us, build strong relations with them so that they can get persuaded to be customers again.
4.Keep an eye on competitor activities and inform the senior about it.
5.Prepare weekly visit, sales and market intelligence report and submit to senior.
6.Behave in a courteous manner with the clients and maintain good working relationships.
7.At the spot resolve the complaints of clients or inform In-senior about the complaints beyond his scope.
8.Accompany new hires as trainee for job orientation and on the job coaching respectively.
9. Maintain discipline among various members of team.
10.Other Task related to corporate sales assigned by seniors.
