Job Description
o Operates PABX equipment in order to answer incoming calls; determines intent of caller and makes appropriate connection.
o Receives and routes a variety of calls including complaints, emergencies, dissemination of HSE information, security calls Etc
o Assists in maintaining and updating telephone directories and event schedules via computerized data base when notified of changes in order to access correct information.
o Assists in reporting telephone equipment or service complaints and problems.
o Maintains logs of calls placed and any additional information required for various reports or special projects.
o Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate message when required.
o Maintain Software Log of PABX and response on requested calls queries whenever required.
o Trains or assists new telephone operators in performance of job duties.
o Greet & assist visitors and Interviewees and forward them to concern department or person.
o Pickup and deliver mails and maintain its log on daily basis.
o Assist in planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.
o Develop and maintain accurate filing system.
o Responsible for letter drafting / memorandum / Notification.
o Data keeping in soft form related to admin / security etc.
o Perform other related duties as required.
Job Specification
Academic Qualification and Experience:
Graduate (B.A/B.Sc/ B.com) with good academic record
