PRODUCTION
Ensure all production matters including production, manpower handling are smoothly being handled. Supervising all shops i.e. paint, welding, assyline etc regarding Motorcycle, Rickshaw and Motorcycle Rickshaw. Ensure quality production from assembling, receiving material by vendors till end etc. Production target on time. Managing rejections and have keen eye over rejections before submitting it to the vendors. To review line rejections time to time and keep it updated from time to time.
QUALITY
Supervising quality matters, Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans, including resource, systems, timescales, financials, to support, contribute and to integrate within the organization’s annual business plan and long term strategy. Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established goals. Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed policies, procedure and take necessary action to communicate, advise, assist according to performance levels. Manage departmental performance against agreed targets and budgets, and within policies and procedures. Ensure quality of parts as per standards
INSPECTION
Inspection of each and every assembling process Inspection before and after assembling process in order to overcome market claims Quality inspection from time to time
