Aimviz is a visual design and multimedia company with clients in more than 40 countries and have an exceptional clientele base. After Successfully running this new division,Company is looking for an exceptional Client Relationship Manager in his early 30's for its 10pm-7am Night shift.These post is for our American and Australian clients so exceptional English Speaking Power is a pre-requisite.
His duties are:
1) Attend calls received by our Prospective Buyers and convert them to clients.
2) Make Proposals , Contracts, take care of all documentation of Sales and Support Department
3)head a Sales Team and make sure of performance evaluation of the Employees
4) Will come up with new innovative ideas to further expand the business.Will identify new opportunities within that division.
5) Will take on all problem clients and take calls on Skype if necessary.
6) To take personal interest in well being of all our high profile clients
7) Ensure the targets are achieved on monthly and quarterly basis.
8) Be ready to take on any additional task within that capacity.
9) Incharge of database creation of all our clients.
Job Specification
The person should be a motivated self starter with high energy , exceptional call handling skills, preferably MBA in Marketing.A very reliable, professional and dedicated individual who believes in team building . Passionate Leader who knows how to motivate team and surpass expectations.
