Job Description

Oversee all aspects of operations with a focus on leading and coordinating the strategic planning functions of the company.


You will be responsible for the profitable development of the regional business encompassing new sales, installation, service and production / assembly.

You will also develop and implement best practice in sales, marketing, operations and services.

Always be on the move for identifying potential new business opportunities.

Explore new channels and strategies to increase profitability.

Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.

Job Specification

Preferably MBA / Master's Degree, with minimum 10 years of core experience in a reputed company, having excellent track record.

The ability to lead and manage a team is essential, as are strong negotiation and influencing skills.

You should be able to think strategically and act independently within corporate goals and policies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

You should also have a proven experience in an industrial product environment, covering commercial aspects coupled with an operational understanding.
