Understand customers requirements/problems and document those areas and provide best possible business solutions.
Write functional/business requirements documents, user guides etc.
Anticipates business needs and presents solutions to their manager/project management that encompass issues at hand.
Work with other organizations that hold industry information and compile all related business knowledge and deliver it to team

Demonstrable experience of analyzing and documenting complex business processes
Demonstrable experience writing requirements specification for information system
Deliver well organized presentations
Well polished verbal & written communication skills are necessary
