Achieve sales targets by monitoring and generating sales orders from sub-dealers in given area.
Help sub-dealer in increasing sales by giving him sales leads, improving display or suggest improvement in any technical area.
Keep sub-dealers motivated by paying regular visits, timely resolve their problems, make them feel important to the company etc.
Identify and develop Ghani Glass Loyalty (PSO) Shops in the area to help increase branding of the company.
Keep informs sub-dealers on new promotions to help them increase their sales.
Take feedback on promotions and evaluate.
Keep an eye on sub-dealers sales to identify any threat or opportunity in the market.(market intelligence)
Identify, evaluate and refer new sub-dealers in the given area.
Attend and resolve sub-dealers complaints to keep his loyalty with the company.
Job Specification
Experience of sales preferably in building materials, construction industry or finishing materials.
Should be energetic and strong interpersonal skills.
Be willing to travel extensively.
