Telemarketing Representative

Solutionicks is looking for outstanding Male and Female Telemarketing Representatives for outbound telemarketing campaign. You will be tasked with a variety of outbound calls ranging from data verification, appointment settings, lead generation and telemarketing.

Main purpose:
Interact by phone with people to seek orders for products or services, request donations, make appointments, gather information or conduct follow-up.

Job Duties:
- Contact prospects by phone
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or make a donation
- Providing accurate information about products and services and build customer’s interest in the products and services offered by the company
- Respond to questions and Handling complaints or issues satisfactorily
- Obtain customer information
- Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer
- Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or currently doing Bachelors
- Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field
- Great communication skills
- Fluency in English
