Overview: The purpose of the Salesforce Administrator/Developer I is to enable continuous improvement, stability, and efficiency across our clients Solutions and Salesforce platform and related systems.
This position is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Salesforce Capability Team and other related systems. As a member of the Operations and IT team, the person in this role will apply knowledge of a broad range of technologies and best practices to ensure that Salesforce Infrastructure and related systems is operating at optimum levels of effectiveness. The Salesforce Administrator/Developer I will serve on various project teams in multiple capacities.

Responsibilities:
Establishes a product goal and vision.
Assist in coordinating the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
Ensures the business model of the product/software aligns with organizational goals and strategy.
Establishes measurable value of the product/software and methods to validate those outcomes.
Understands when concepts or ideas should be tested for viability and makes plans on how to run those experiments.
Work with the development team.
Collaborates, with the Salesforce Capability team to modify software to fix errors and adapt to new hardware or various software integrations.
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for platform updates.
Work with the CRM product management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development and change management activities.
Developing and Maintaining a Standard Operating Procedure Document
Manage data feeds and other platform integrations.
Build and produce reports, dashboards, workflows, etc.
Directing system testing and validation procedures.
Directing software programming and documentation development.
Consulting with departments or customers on project status and proposals.
Working with teams, end users, or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.
Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.
Conferring with project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities.
2 - 5 years of Salesforce development/Admin experience
CPQ experience Preferred
Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and potentially Community Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience designing and implementing Salesforce-enabled business solutions
Experience delivering projects using Agile based methodology
Salesforce Admin, Developer and/or CPQ Certifications preferred
Experience in other third-party tools commonly connected to Salesforce is a plus (i.e. eSignature solutions, data tools, backup and restore apps, etc.)
Experience developing custom features and solutions for ERP/CRM systems in similar roles, especially using Apex in Salesforce
Salesforce Lightning Development Experience is a huge plus
Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, git or other version control, and REST Web services
