Job Description
Admin Duties
1. Responsible for institute premises cleanliness by checking the daily cleaning activities of office boys and mark it on daily cleanliness checklist and also take corrective action.
2. Ensure the opening and closing of premises on defined times.
3. Responsible for premises/office maintenance.
4. Responsible to resolve petty IT Matters related to Troubleshooting.
5. Maintain office records e.g. Expense Files, Utility Bills files, other Misc Records.
6. Responsible for whole office security be keeping proper eye on in and outs of visitors and students.
Support Duties
1. Do e-marketing through e-mails and SMS related to courses and training offered by Institute.
2. Give face to face information to visitors regarding courses and training offered by institute.
3. Give information to incoming callers regarding their queries on courses and training offered by institute.
4. Develop fee invoices, collect fee from students and also maintain fee records.
5. Responsible for class arrangements before every class.
6. Responsible for arrangements of lunch/ teas for trainees and students when required.
Note: Office Hours 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
6 days a Week.
Should have own bike/ or any vehicle.
Job Specification
Computer Skills:
MS Word, Excel, Internet Handling, Basic Software and Hardware Troubleshooting.
Personal Attributes:
Can do attitude
Hard worker
Career Oriented
Experience: One year Admin experience is plus in service sector or educational institute is a plus point.
Company will prefer to those candidates who live in Walton, Cantt, Ghazi Road or DHA Lahore. But other can also apply.
